After confirming your desire product, you could request the samples. Free samples will be supplied for your check the quality.
4. Could you do the design for me ?
That's our goal ! We wold like to design or innovate according to your ideas and drawings. Small changes can be made for free.
However, Large design changes will require extra fee.
5. What is the usual shipping time ?
The shipping time is usually 3 to 5 working days by express or air, and 15 to 30 days by sea. It depends on your quantity and desire.
6. What are the payment terms ?
We accept T/T for regular orders, L/C 30 days for huge orders.
7. How does your factory do regarding quality control ?
Quantity is priority. We send the pre-production samples to you and arrange the mass production after getting your confirming.
If there are any mistakes, we will correcting according to your requirements.
Finally we will also arrange QC inspection before loading and keep the mass production samples. We'll also email you pictures for check if neccessary.
